Historic changes to Pennsylvania's election codes were enacted in October 2019 by Act 77. We encourage all voters to review the summary provided by VotesPA.
Registered voters across the Commonwealth can now vote by mail-in ballot. Voters have been given more time to register to vote and to return mail-in and absentee ballots. New voting systems are also made possible through this bill, so regular voters can expect future changes in voting methods.
Any changes to the election codes will be accessible at VotesPA or through the Chester County Department of Voter Services. Should you encounter issues on Election Day, contact the County Department of Voter Services.

PHOENIXVILLE Polling Places
The Chester County Democratic Committee works locally through subgroups called zones. Phoenixville is Zone 19
The Borough is further divided into 12 precincts subdivided into 4 wards. Each ward typically has three polling places. Registered voters cast their ballots within their ward of residence at their assigned polling place.
Two registered Democrats from each ward serve as appointed or elected members of the Phoenixville Democratic Committee (listed below). Two Borough Councilors are elected to represent each of the four wards on Phoenixville Borough Council.
The boundary maps listed below are by precinct. Polling places are subject to change due to redistricting or conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to the consolidation of some polls.
If you are a first time voter in Phoenixville, you haven't voted in years, or you've recently moved to the Borough, be sure to confirm both your voter registration and your polling place in advance of any election using the button below. Contact the Chester County Department of Voter Services with questions.
