Historic changes to Pennsylvania's election codes were enacted in October 2019 by Act 77. We encourage all voters to review the summary provided by VotesPA.
Registered voters across the Commonwealth can now vote by mail-in ballot. Voters have been given more time to register to vote and to return mail-in and absentee ballots. New voting systems are also made possible through this bill, so regular voters can expect future changes in voting methods.
Any changes to the election codes will be accessible at VotesPA or through the Chester County Department of Voter Services. Should you encounter issues on Election Day, contact the County Department of Voter Services.
