Historic changes to Pennsylvania's election codes were enacted in October 2019 by Act 77. We encourage all voters to review the summary provided by VotesPA.
Registered voters across the Commonwealth can now vote by mail-in ballot. Voters have been given more time to register to vote and to return mail-in and absentee ballots. New voting systems are also made possible through this bill, so regular voters can expect future changes in voting methods.
Any changes to the election codes will be accessible at VotesPA or through the Chester County Department of Voter Services. Should you encounter issues on Election Day, contact the County Department of Voter Services.
Phoenixville
Democrats
zone 19 chapter of the Chester county democrats

We represent the the national Democratic Party in the Borough of Phoenixville and are the Zone 19 chapter of the Chester County Democratic Party. Our daily actions advance informed, progressive values in our community.
Our mission is simple: do our part to get Democrats elected at all levels of government in every election. We help nominees secure broad support through fundraising events, outreach, and canvassing; work the polls; and represent residents in local government. In so doing we defend our democracy, protect all Phoenixville residents, and restore values-driven leadership to our nation. Join us!
We meet the 4th Monday of every month, 7pm, at the Fenix side room of Molly Maguires.
Follow us on Facebook for volunteer opportunities, updates and announcements.
